June 2009 Rewiring, rebuilding walls and ceilings, installing new windows, a new kitchen, and refurbishing floors in a home built in 1886 is no easy task. Stan Collver and his crew did just that for us in the summer of 2008! I approached Stan after seeing a job he did for our church..... We began looking for new carpet for our living area and got a real surprise when we pulled up the old. It revealed gorgeous original oak hardwood underneath that old tan rug. We couldn't bear to cover it. Stan suggested sanding and resealing all the floors -which we did. We took it a step further and had the stairs to the second floor redone as well. These floors are the first thing people notice when they enter our home. They' re the crown jewels so to speak...We love it... Stan and his crew are real professionals;, we feel blessed that they were available for our remodel We've called him back for other projects, since, and will continue to do so in the future. Stan Collver is the only contractor we will ever use... in addition to the quality workmanship and work ethic, he is honest, dependable and reliable. What more can I say? Bemus Point NY
