Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. All of our employees are covered under NYS Worker’s Compensation Insurance. We carry residential & commercial liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

Q. Are there strong fumes or odors?
A. With the new high-tech green products we use, there are very few fumes or odors. Oil based products are also available.

Q. Can you repair old or damaged floors?
A. Yes. Our experienced carpenters and technicians can repair most damaged hardwood floors including cracks, dents, pet stains, and holes. All repairs will be discussed prior to beginning the job.

Q. Can you do stairs?
A. Yes. Your stairs will be amazing.

Q. Do you remove carpet?
A. Yes. Our crew is thorough and careful during the removal of your carpets and tack strips.

Q. Will you remove furniture?
A. Yes. Furniture removal will be discussed before we begin work. Our crew will treat your house like their own.

Q. How long before I can walk on newly refinished floors?
A. With socks, just 2 to 3 hours. With shoes, 5 to 6 hours.

Q. Do you install new wood floors?
A. Yes. We are a full service flooring company. We sell and install flooring, replace bad boards, stain, apply borders and install medallions. We are trained and prepared to work with all hardwood and softwood flooring.
